ORDER PROCESSING

BLUBASIC.COM reserves the right to refuse an order if Shopify does not obtain approval from the customer's bank. Once an order for available items has been placed, the order and any other information provided cannot be changed. Orders placed separately will be shipped separately. BLUBASIC.COM reserves the right to delay any shipment if BLUBASIC.COM is unable to properly process orders due to reasonable causes beyond BLUBASIC.COM's control. Please note that during seasonal sales and promotional sales, delays in processing orders may occur. BLUBASIC.COM reserves the right to refuse to fulfill orders and/or services at any time.

PRE-ORDERS

PRE-ORDERS are all orders for items uploaded online that are not yet in stock and are expected to be delivered in the following months. BLUBASIC.COM suppliers suggest and confirm delivery times for their collections. BLUBASIC.COM cannot be held responsible for any delays, cancellations, or changes made to pre-order items during the production phase. BLUBASIC.COM will issue the invoice for orders with pre-order items placed by credit card the day after the order is placed or the next available business day. For orders with pre-order items placed by bank transfer, payment must be completed within 48 business hours of placing the order. BLUBASIC.COM will issue the relevant invoice as soon as payment is confirmed in our bank account. The shipping country provided in the order confirmation for pre-orders cannot be changed subsequently.

ORDER STATUS

By logging into your personal area, in the Orders section, and clicking on each order, you can view the tracking number provided. BLUBASIC.COM recommends customers visit the DHL website to track their order status.

PROMO CODES

Customers who receive a PROMO CODE through the newsletter, social networks, or authorized websites can enter the PROMO CODE in their personal "Account Profile" area or at the checkout page. Each PROMO CODE has a specific duration that cannot be extended. SHIPPING METHODS

BLUBASIC.COM delivers packages worldwide via DHL Express. In accordance with current international trade regulations, an official invoice will be included in the package along with the merchandise. The invoice will reflect the total amount of the purchased merchandise in the same currency as the original order. The invoice will also show the price of each item purchased.

GOODS AVAILABLE

Orders for available items, subject to availability confirmation and bank transaction verification, will be processed the next business day after the order is placed. Credit card transactions will be settled only at the time of order placement. If your chosen payment method is bank transfer, your order will be assigned to the courier only after the payment has been confirmed and validated in our bank account. Please note that during seasonal sales and promotional events, order processing may be delayed.

PRE-ORDER GOODS

BLUBASIC.COM will process orders with pre-ordered items once the merchandise has been delivered and is available in stock. Orders placed by credit card will be invoiced the day after the order is placed or the next business day, even if the merchandise is subsequently shipped. For orders paid by bank transfer, payment is due within 48 business hours of placing the order. Delivery times listed online reflect the delivery windows provided and confirmed by the suppliers.

BLUBASIC.COM cannot be held responsible for any delays, cancellations, or changes made to pre-order items during the production phase. In the event that pre-ordered goods fail to arrive, BLUBASIC.COM will promptly inform and refund customers.

For orders with available items and pre-ordered items, shipping will take place in 2 different phases:

- Available goods will be shipped within 2 weeks of placing the order

- Pre-order items will be shipped immediately after the items become available.

Please note that declaring amounts lower than the original invoice amount is strictly prohibited; furthermore, declaring items as gifts is prohibited. For these reasons, BLUBASIC.COM will reject such requests.

DELIVERY TIME

BLUBASIC.COM processes orders in Rome, Italy, Monday through Friday. BLUBASIC.COM processes orders the day after the order is placed or the next available business day. Orders placed Friday through Sunday will be processed the following Monday. BLUBASIC.COM ships worldwide via DHL Express. BLUBASIC.COM cannot be responsible for shipping delays due to weather conditions, customs inspections, or other circumstances beyond BLUBASIC.COM's control.

Delivery for shipments to Italy takes 1-2 business days.

Delivery for shipments to the European Union takes 2-3 working days.

Delivery for shipments to the rest of the world takes 4-5 business days.

Shipping costs for each specific geographic area are listed below. Please note that if, for any reason, the customer refuses delivery of the package, the shipping and import fees related to the automatic return of the package to the customer will be charged. This amount will be deducted from the total order amount to be refunded.

CHINA

Shipping cost: ¥155. Shipping is free for orders over ¥3,900.

UNITED STATES OF AMERICA

Prices listed on the website for the United States include VAT and customs duties. The goods will be delivered at no additional cost.

Shipping cost: $20. Shipping is free for orders over $150.

In order to make a delivery, the U.S. Government Consumer Affairs Agency may require your Social Security Number (SSN).

AUSTRALIA

Prices listed on the website for Australia include VAT and customs duties. Goods will be delivered at no additional cost.

Shipping cost: 30AUD. Shipping is free for orders over 750AUD.

RUSSIA

Prices listed on the website for Russia include VAT and customs duties. The goods will be delivered at no additional cost.

Shipping cost: 2,100 RUB. Shipping is free for orders over 34,200 RUB.

REST OF THE WORLD

Shipping cost: €20. Shipping is free for orders over €500.

Please note that customers are responsible for any duties and taxes. Customers will pay this amount to the courier, according to the courier's recommended procedure.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

Once the order has been handed over to the courier, customers will receive an email from DHL with their tracking number (AWB). To track their order, customers can visit the official UPS website and enter the AWB number in the "Track Your Shipment" section.

INSURED SHIPPING

BLUBASIC.COM insures every shipment against theft and accidental damage at no additional cost to customers. Once the package reaches its final destination, the goods are no longer covered by this insurance. DELIVERY

Upon delivery, the customer is kindly requested to carefully inspect the package before signing and confirming delivery. BLUBASIC.COM carefully seals packages with customized tape bearing the BLUBASIC.COM logo. If the customer receives a package that has been opened by Customs or the carrier for authorized inspection, the package will be sealed with a security seal issued by the specific agency. If the package appears damaged or the tape is damaged, the customer is kindly requested to sign for delivery with a note of reservation or refuse delivery. If the package is found to be damaged, customers are requested to file a claim with their local UPS office and promptly contact BLUBASIC.COM at e-commerce@BLUBASIC.COM.com . If the package is not intact and the customer signs for the delivery without noting the reservation, the delivery will be automatically considered accepted and, consequently, BLUBASIC.COM will not accept any related claims.

FAILED DELIVERY

By placing an order, all customers establish a business relationship with BLUBASIC.COM and agree to accept delivery of their order. If a package is not delivered to the customer's address due to a lack of cooperation (incorrect/incomplete telephone number, incorrect/incomplete address, recipient absent) or if the customer refuses delivery, the package will be returned to BLUBASIC.COM in Italy at the customer's expense. The customer's expenses include shipping costs and any customs duties. These costs will be deducted from the refund due.

NOTES FOR SHIPMENTS MADE TO RUSSIA

Customers are informed that it is not possible to ship jewelry and costume jewelry to the Russian Federation.

PERFUME SHIPPING

Perfumes fall into the category of "dangerous goods" and, as such, are subject to IATA regulations for air transport. For these reasons, perfumes are shipped with special packaging and markings and cannot exceed 150 ml. If ordered with other items, the perfumes are shipped separately from the package using official BLUBASIC.COM packaging. Furthermore, perfumes cannot be shipped in the BLUBASIC.COM gift box; in this case the cost of the BLUBASIC.COM gift box will be refunded. According to IATA regulations, it is not permitted to ship the above dangerous goods worldwide.
