The security tag must be intact and attached to the returned items.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

You can return or exchange purchased items within 28 days of your order's delivery date. You can only exchange the size and/or color of an item once, but you can always return it to us following the instructions in our Return Policy.

1. Make sure the products are in the same condition as you received them, with all tags attached.

2. Log in to your personal area , select the order containing the item you wish to return, and submit the return request. We will send you the return label within 24 hours of your request.

3. Attach the pre-printed, pre-paid label to the box. Your return will be insured against theft or loss during transport.

4. Deliver your return to a center of your choice .

 

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

Your return or exchange will be accepted within 3 business days of the package being delivered to our warehouse.

Once accepted, we will take care of the refund or shipping of the new order.

TYPES OF RETURNS

1. Size/color change

Items can only be exchanged when a different size or color of the same item code is available. The new item will be eligible for return through the same return procedure.

2. Refund

Refunds will be processed as soon as the returned items have been inspected and accepted by BLUBASIC.COM. For orders paid by credit card, the refunded amount will be available to customers in approximately 10 days and within the next billing statement. Processing times may vary depending on the credit card. Orders paid by PayPal or bank transfer will be refunded to the original account. Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the refunded amount are due to exchange rate fluctuations and will not be refunded. If free Express Shipping was included, the refund amount will not be affected. If Express Shipping was added and paid for by the customer during checkout, it will not be included in the refund amount.

RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Customers are kindly requested to carefully follow BLUBASIC.COM's return policy, briefly summarized below. Items may only be returned for the following reasons: refund, size or color exchange. The item(s) must be returned in its/their original condition, well-packaged, and with the return tag still attached. Returned items must not have been worn, washed, or altered. Shoe soles must be returned in perfect condition and must not show any signs of use. Items must be returned with their original tags, packaging, and any accessories (dust bags and caps, etc.) received in the package. Shoes and accessories must be returned in their original packaging, which must not be damaged, altered, or used as a shipping carton. In the event of a defective item or an incorrect item resulting from an error attributed to BLUBASIC.COM, the customer is requested to follow the same return instructions. Additionally, the customer is asked to attach detailed photos demonstrating the defect or error. In these cases, shipping costs and any applicable duties and taxes will be paid by BLUBASIC.COM. Returns must be packaged in the same box sent by BLUBASIC.COM and must include a copy of the invoice inside. Shipping costs vary depending on the items being returned. For items purchased at full price or less than 30% off, shipping costs are paid by BLUBASIC.COM. For items discounted by 30% or more, shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. All duties and taxes related to the import of the box are always the customer's responsibility.

Below are the shipping costs set for each geographic area:

Italy: €10

European Union (Italy excluded): €20

Rest of the world: €30

Returns authorized by BLUBASIC.COM must be shipped from the same shipping country to which BLUBASIC.COM sent the package. Authorized returns must be shipped using the carrier indicated by BLUBASIC.COM in the return instructions email. BLUBASIC.COM reserves the right to refuse returns if the customer delivers the package to a different carrier, if delivery incurs additional costs for BLUBASIC.COM, or if the package needs to be collected from one of the carrier's locations. BLUBASIC.COM reserves the right to refuse returns that have not been properly authorized or sent in violation of BLUBASIC.COM's return policy. In these cases, BLUBASIC.COM may return the box to the sender at the original shipping address. If BLUBASIC.COM accepts unauthorized or non-compliant returns, BLUBASIC.COM may retain 10% of the value of the returned item from the refund.
