Once you receive shipping confirmation, your order will be delivered within the timeframe indicated therein, and in any case no later than 30 days. Delivery will be made to the address specified when placing the order. If the address is in a hard-to-reach location (for example, on remote islands or isolated locations), we may not be able to deliver. Don't worry, you'll be notified if this is the case when you place your order!
Please note that your order cannot be delivered to PO boxes or similar.
We reserve the right not to ship to countries/regions prohibited by applicable export laws.

Your order will be delivered by our trusted couriers Monday through Saturday, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. However, please note that we do not ship on holidays. The courier may be unable to provide a specific delivery time and may require a signature upon delivery.

In certain circumstances, upon delivery of your order, our trusted courier may provide the following optional services, such as: (a) signature waiver: the customer waives the requirement for a signature upon delivery; and/or (b) arrangement for collection of the order with a neighbor, concierge, or security staff: you can redirect the delivery to a neighbor, concierge, or security staff; and/or (c) reschedule a delivery appointment: you can choose a new appointment based on your availability; and/or (d) redirect to a collection point: you can collect the package at the nearest collection point. By choosing one of these services offered by our trusted courier, including any predefined preferences you may have agreed with them, you acknowledge and agree that BLUBASIC assumes no responsibility or liability for any loss or damage that may result from delivery of the order subsequent to the arrangements made directly with the courier.

Please note that products in the same order cannot be delivered to different addresses. If your order also requires international shipping, the package may need to be opened and inspected by customs authorities and may be subject to import duties and taxes, which will be collected upon delivery to the specified address. The customer is responsible for any applicable import duties and taxes. Unfortunately, BLUBASIC.COM has no control over these costs, nor can we predict them prior to shipping. Please contact your local customs office directly before confirming your order if you require any further information regarding these charges.
In the event of a return, import duties will be refunded only if they were originally included in the purchase price. If they were not included, you will need to contact your local customs office for a refund.
